Secure Vehicle Storage Solutions

To reclaim your vehicle, you must bring:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (such as a driver’s license that is not expired)
• Proof of vehicle ownership (this can be a current registration, title, or insurance that matches your name and the vehicle. If this is a rental vehicle, we will need a copy of the rental agreement.
• Payment for all fees (see below)
   

Note: If the vehicle is registered to someone else, you will need to complete a VSF013 application. The facility will provide one for you if requested or go to VSF Documents below.

We accept:

• Cash (must be exact amount for payment)
• Debit and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover) ID must match the cardholder.
   

We do NOT accept Checks, Apple, Samsung, or tap payments.

 Please contact us at 214-451-4040 to confirm the vehicle's location before arriving.  No appointment is necessary, but we recommend calling ahead to confirm your vehicle is ready for release to avoid wait times. 

You may have it picked up by a tow company of your choice. They must:

• The tow company driver MUST be present at time of payment to retrieve the vehicle. 
• They must provide valid photo ID along with their cab card & their valid TDLR Tow License 
• Pay any outstanding fees before removal

Yes. Bring your photo ID and be prepared to show proof of ownership. You may access items like:

• Car seats 
• Cell phones 
• Keys 
• Wallets/purses 
• Medications
  

Note: We do not allow the removal of vehicle parts (e.g., radios, tires, batteries).
